Getting started

What do I need to set up AhaDrobe?

Create a partner workspace, name your store, add its trusted origins, and copy the generated integration snippet into your storefront.

Do I need a custom integration?

No custom server integration is required. Add the generated snippet to your storefront, then manage approved storefront addresses and widget settings from the AhaDrobe dashboard.

Pricing and credits

Do I need a subscription?

No. Credit packages are one-time purchases. Add another package only when your store needs more credits.

What happens after I buy a package?

After a successful checkout is confirmed, the package is added to your store's available credit balance. You can then use the dashboard to monitor available, reserved, and used credits.

How are credits assigned to devices?

You set a credit limit per device in the partner dashboard. When a device first uses the widget, that number of credits is reserved from your store balance for that device, so one visitor cannot use the whole balance.

When does a device allocation reset?

A device allocation lasts 72 hours. When it ends, unused allocated credits return to the store balance, and the device can receive a new allocation under your current limit.

What if a virtual try-on cannot be completed?

A credit is counted only for a completed virtual try-on. If processing cannot finish, the reserved credit is returned to the device allocation.

Widget and storefront

Can I match the widget to my store?

Yes. Choose the widget color and language from onboarding or the dashboard. Updated settings can take up to one hour to appear on an active storefront.

Where can the widget run?

The widget is available only on storefront origins added to your store configuration.

Can I review device activity?

Yes. The dashboard provides device usage information together with the remaining and used credit amounts.
